Background
Since June 2004, our firm has provided its clients with steadfast support that those facing criminal charges need and expect. Service to the client has always been, and will continue to be, the hallmark of our firm. With your interests in mind, we will seek to rapidly and efficiently resolve the anxiety and uncertainty of charges having been filed against you. We will assist you in trying to resolve a case without trial.
Our Mission
A lawyer since 1998, Matt has defended over 5,000 criminal defendants, defended individuals civilly against fortune 500 companies, served as legal counsel, advocate and business consultant to small and mid-sized companies from formation to maturity, and assisted clients with various problems ranging from divorce, estate planning, adoptions, personal injury or collections. Regardless of the exact nature of the case or who he represents, however, Matt understands that the interests of the client should always be paramount. For this reason, his "mission statement" collectively consists of the following:
- To treat clients with dignity and respect (partly because the system likely will not)
- To keep clients reasonably informed regarding all significant developments in their case
- To always give honest advice to clients (even if what they need to hear and want to hear are not the same thing)

Our Team
A lawyer since 1998, Matthew Knoblauch has defended over 5,000 criminal defendants in Nebraska,with charges ranging from crimes involving drugs to DUI, DUS or attempted murder, defended individuals civilly against fortune 500 companies, served as legal counsel, advocate and business consultant to small and mid-sized companies from formation to maturity, and assisted clients with various problems ranging from divorce, estate planning, adoptions, personal injury or general law matters.
Matt was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska. In 1995 he graduated from Creighton University with a B.S.B.A degree in Accounting. In 1998, he graduated from Creighton University School of Law.
In June of 2004, Matt opened up his own law firm. Since opening his own practice, Matt has obtained acquittal of an attempted murder charge, handled a counterfeit case against a major automotive company, handled an infringement case against the recording industry, and assisted clients with legal needs ranging from business planning, divorce, estate planning, adoptions, personal injury, to inmate's §1983 actions against the State.
Currently, Matt is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association, the Omaha Bar Association, and Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association.
